I'm so fed up, 10 weeks pregnant.

So I'm on the second lot of antibiotics for a UTI and now I have thrush too 😥 I feel exhausted anyway and had a mega migraine today, I'm 10 weeks 2 days pregnant. I called the midwife unit and they just suggested I go to doctors on Monday! Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
