painon left side

Hey guys I just found out I was pregnant from a pregnancy app it says I'm 6weeks and 5days from last menstual cycle my doc appointment is Tuesday ... I have been very bloated and gassy and as of yesterday I have been experiencing a pulled muscle like pain on my left side lower abdomen I never experienced this with my other kids should I be concerned ? Oh and when my husband massage my lower back it seems to feel better .
