TMJ pain in late pregnancy

Please help! I am 29 weeks pregnant and over the past two days I have developed pretty severe TMJ pain. It hurts to open and close my mouth and chew and is giving me a headache and ear ache. I don't normally have TMJ problems so I'm at a complete loss as to what to do. I've been taking Tylenol but it isn't helping at all. I think an anti inflammatory would help but I don't know if there is anything safe to take while pregnant and of course it is a weekend and my doctor is not in. Please help! I'm miserable :(
