could I be pregnant??

I had unprotected sex but within 30 mins later I took the plan b pill. My period is suppose to come tomorrow but I haven't really gotten any cramps or symptoms of my period coming. I also was ovulating the same day I had sex. Could I be prego even though I took the plan b pill? Maybe I'm just over thinking it and just wait for my period to come before I take a pregnancy test.
