Breast feeding after nipple piercings

Does anybody have any success stories of breast feeding after having your nipples pierced? I have mine pierced and really want to breast feed, but I'm afraid it won't work since I've had them pierced.

My SO has two kids from another woman and said neither of them would breast feed at all, so I'm also scared of that. What if my baby won't breast feed at all?

I'm just scared, and overwhelmed. He won't talk to me about it and I don't have a mother figure in my life (she left when I was 5) so I'm kind of in my own here with my questions and google isn't easing my mind at all...
