Low blood pressure , feeling faint ...

I feel so weak and unwell I've been told after my midwife appointment that my mum and grandma suffered with low blood pressure too and really low iron.

After getting my blood taken I nearly fainted and ended up throwing up which never normally happens. Got back and napped for a few hours and now I feel week, again and just want to sleep.... Is all the tiredness maybe low iron? I've eaten plenty today! & as of the low blood pressure I felt dizzy a couple of days in a row prior to the midwife appointment so I knew something was up as I mentioned it to her she just advised that I take it easy

Anyone else been the same ? Please comment 💙

I feel weak and a little bit shaky ( my diabetes test came back clear) does anyone know what it could be?
