Anyone tried vitex? Heard great things for ttc

I haven't tried it but I did buy. It's heavily reccomend by a lot of naturalists especially for pcos. I have heard lots of great things about it. YouTube has a bunch of videos on it too.

I'm about half way through my second cycle of Vitex. My husband and I have been married for 2 years ttc for about 8 months now and after about 6 month I did some reasearch and I read a lot of good things about it so I tried it. If nothing else it has helped my hormonal acne A LOT! I've struggled SO MUCH with acne since puberty and the only other time my acne calmed down was when I was on birth control, but we decided we wanted to try this year, so I stopped bc and now we're trying Vitex. No BFP yet, but it's only been 1 full month and I've heard so many success stories of women using Vitex. Baby Dust!

I've been taking it since July. It didn't do anything to my cycle length but I used to get pretty bad cramps. I took 2 for the first 8 weeks now I take one pill a day except when I'm on my period.. my periods have been SO much better!!

Does it regulate periods? I have horrible acne, only thing that helped was bc. Where did u get it?

I'm about to try it I've read it helps endometriosis which i have and my cycles are so whacky and I'm not even ovulating hoping for a miracle
