post MC meltdowns, months later

I mc almost 3 months ago. There's been a lot going on and I felt like I cried it out and processed everything. But today the whole thing hit me like a freight train. I was a mess all day long. I just want to be pregnant. Like I thought by now I'd hava cute belly and be finding out gender. Instead my friends are noticing that I've lost the little baby weight I gained and I'm emotional as ever. When do the hormones settle down?
