so confused and scared!?

So me and my (now ex) had a couple of days after my period that we had unprotected sex....and lemme tell ya it was amazing and rough but enough of that haha 😂 I started having brown colored blood discharge come out of me....I'm stressed out over getting fired from my job last week when it started and then I got dumped....but I mean it's happened before and I never was pregnant and I don't know if that's a sign of being pregnant or if it's from stress or is it from having rough sex and getting it a little too hard?!?! I know it's an odd question but I'm scared stressed and I don't know who else to ask except for a doctor but I'm terrified of doctors 😭😭😭😭 help please
