Well to start out im 16 weeks. I went to the doctors yesterday for a check up, and babys heart rate was 160 and it wouldn't stop kicking the doppler. Then i got informed that i was going to the genetic doctor to get my anatomy scan. My doctor told me that since my Angel baby had thanataphoric dysplasia, this pregnancy is considered high risk. So ill be getting more testing done and more scans. For those of you who dont know what thanataphoric dysplasia is, its a lethal form of dwarfism. Baby didnt make it passed 31 weeks. But im now pregnant with my rainbow baby, and so far everything is going great! Im nervous about going up to the genetic doctors. But im also excited to know early if baby is healthy and if it is a boy or girl.
