headaches during pregnancy

Hello mothers and soon to be . I am 13 weeks 3 days pregnant and if I'm not always dizzy I have a headache . Is this normal? I can't even sleep comfortable because I have a headache as soon as I lay down . I sleep probably 6-7 hours at max and my head hurts when I wake up making me want to throw up . First I had all day morning sickness now the morning sickness has wore down but now headaches are my problem. I drink only water n I drink it all day . Is this normal ?
