my partner gets so angry.....

When he is playing on his PlayStation he gets so angry he shouts and throws stuff hits the floor and if I'm honest he really scares me when he does it I've tried speaking to him but he won't listen thinks I'm being dramatic but it makes me jump and it makes me feel ON edge he works hard and looks after me so I get it's his release but I just don't think it's a normal reaction to a game what do I do?????
