Red raspberry leaf tea?

Question

I keep seeing it can help labor along, is there a specific kind you need to use? Can you buy it at Walmart? Totally ready to get things moving along.

I've been drinking it for weeks and it hasn't helped move anything along. I've heard it helps a lot with labor and contractions, but as far as helping induce labor... I'm pretty sure it doesn't do anything. lol

I'm really not sure it helps bring labor on. I've been told by my midwives you should begin drinking it weeks before labor to tone your uterus to help make contractions more effective and in turn shorten the length of labor. I started drinking it at 34 weeks and drink about 3-6 cups a day. Warm in the morning and then move to iced in the afternoon. I bought a pound of loose organic kind from Amazon.
