Foley Bulb, who has had it?

I'm 40 weeks and 3 days, and my doctor wants me to use a Foley Bulb Sunday night to get me thinned out and up to 5 CM dilated because I've been a steady 3 CM and 50% effaced for several weeks now. After that she'll break my water, and start me on Pitocin.

I've had Pitocin and my water broken in previous pregnancies, but the Foley Bulb is new to me.

How painful is it when you're already dilated? The doctor told me I could have morphine (no thanks!!!) for any discomfort, so that led me to believe that it's pretty painful because morphine is a powerful drug.
