Help! Should I call the Dr

I've had such a tough pregnancy between full blown bleeding and passing clots in early pregnancy to cysts and infections that lasted 8 weeks. So I've had to ring the doctor alot but I never feel comfortable doing that and I don't know what times r appropriate to do so I haven't bleed since 10 weeks I am now 26 weeks and last night I had cramps and went to pee when I wiped it was pink I went to sleep and this morning my pad had some pink and brown stains in it and when I wipe it's pink I've had cramps on and off this morning and I'm still wiping pink . I can feel her moving
