freezing?!

I am three weeks postpartum and I'm always freezing! Even though it's 80 degrees outside and the a/c is not on. I even put the heater on today and was still freezing to death and when my boyfriend got home, he turned on the a/c so I'm really dying now 😭

Sounds like low iron, I would get some blood work done, you are definitely lacking in something!

Omg I'm in the same boat lol your iron is probably low get you some iron tablets....I've been on them off and on but now I'm trying to take them everyday to see if they are working

I am now 3 weeks post partum and after I had my little one I was freezing too. One night I woke up trembling and my teeth chattering. I couldn't get warm enough. Finally whatever that was about it went away. I have been taking iron pills since early in my pregnancy. I was told by my doctor to continue taking them. I take 325 mg of ferrous sulfate 2x per day along with the prenatal vitamin.  I am breastfeeding too.
