First picture was when I noticed it was popping out & changing color. At about 15 weeks.

Second picture was from last week , at about 34 weeks.

Mines is weird I'm 33 weeks and I have an outie sometimes. Depends on how the baby is positioned.

My belly button just disappeared entirely with my first. This time around, it popped at around 7 months. I have no idea why it was different this time!
