Implanon! What do you think?

Well, my husband wants 2 kids but in a future really far away! Hehe so he's really good with the withdrawal method and sometimes we used condoms but, i don't trust completely in this methods even tho it has worked really like really good in our 4 years together, so, i searched on internet and i found this implant that can work for 3 years for birth control and I'm just intrigue and amazed, i want something like this, and I'll feel save for the next 3 years, but it concern me the risk for my health, its really good? Somebody out there had it?
