baby's stomach measuring small

Hey guys. Iv been on bedrest since 18 weeks for a partial placenta abruption. I have made it now to almost 35 weeks. She has always been in the 80th percentile but recently our ultrasound showed 48th percentile down to the 20th but her stomach is measuring in the 2nd percentile. On top of it my stomach is measuring 27 weeks. I'm so worried. She's tiny. I'm worried and scared and wild love some thoughts or other stories just so I know what I'm dealing with. Thank you guys!
