Low blood pressure at 37 weeks?

Baby • Fri, Oct 28 • Almost 33 and FINALLY pregnant with our 3rd after 3 years of trying with medication help! I got pregnant on my 2nd cycle medicated! ❤

Anyone else have this what does this mean? I read in rare cases it can mean a bleed in the placenta???? I am freaking out. It was 92/70 and normally it's around 120/80!!!
