Help! I need help mixing alcoholic drinks!

I have 3 gallon drink dispensers and I have all of the alcohol I need for the drinks and the recipe. I just need help tweaking the recipe so I know how much of each alcohol to put in the dispensers to make 3 gallons. I have the others figured out I just can't figure out how to make 3 gallons of blue hawaiians and 3 gallons of whiskey sours.

Here's the recipe for blue hawaiians. And for the whiskey sours I bought liters of sprite, sweet and sour mix bottles, and orange juice. I don't know how much of each of those to put in of each to make 3 gallons
