Someone please give me advice

I'm so destaved right now and I feel really bad for my husband he haves a low motility count I'm trying to be sportive to him but I honestly want to cry we have him cum in a cup every few days to see if there's any improment but no barley any in ever cup hes trying fertily blend and so far not good I know he is ashamed and embarrassed I play it off like everything is ok for him I'm starting to think his count is low too but the doc says its good but like I said a Lil drop in the cup isn't good I'm so broken 😭 no rude comments please
