Home health while pregnant...

I currently work in home healthcare and I have 2 ladies that I have to lift... one really does most of the work herself I just kinda spot her... the other one is paralyzed on the left side so I have to do a lot for her... aaaaand not to mention she's pushing 300 pounds. My concern is I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant. I worry about lifting an moving her. Today she lifted her foot an I didn't have her gait belt good and she almost fell. Now I'm cramping a little more than I do normally. No blood tho.

Also, what do employers have to do to accommodate my pregnancy...
