lip blisters

My bottom outline of my lip has been irritated for a while now but I haven't payed much attention to it because I use chapstick to calm it down. But this morning I had two blisters on my top lip. I researched it & everything leads to herpes. But it can't be possible because I have only been with one guy & it's my boyfriend. I am freaking out.. please help
