how to give your dog a bath

What else can I do? She freaks out when I try and give her a bath. Before we just ran the tub and used a cup now we use the removable shower head. I try to give her a treat and I get in the shower with her and pretty much have to hold her down. Is there something I can try to clam her down and be okay taking a bath?
