bright red blood but a seemingly happy baby
Hi ladies! Does anyone else have bleeding that hasn't been given a reason. Im in my 14th week and I'm pretty sure I have a SCH, I've been to the er twice, after calling my ob office and them telling what was going on with me that's where they wanted me to go. I have an appointment with a doc at my ob on Wednesday, hopefully he will order an ultrasound to see if i do have an SCH. Er told me nothing other than that some bleeding can be normal. 🙄
Anyways I've really just been having brown blood, which is old blood obviously and I wasn't too worried. But last night I had some pretty big gushes of bright red blood. I about lost it and all hope for this baby. I used my Doppler and heard a perfect and strong heartbeat and cried so hard. Partially because I was relieved to hear it and also because I was completely heartbroken that what if it was the last time I would hear it. I woke up a few times during the night to go to the bathroom and each time there was quite a bit of red blood in the toilet. Now today, I'm cramping (but I honestly have been cramping a lot this whole pregnancy so far) and the blood is turning back to brown but there is quite a bit everytime I use the bathroom. Baby was still happy this morning, heartbeat was loud and he or she kept kicking the probe. I'm remaining as calm as possible and understand that there's nothing I could do to stop a miscarriage if it were to happen but this is all overwhelming to me. My first two pregnancies I had no blood at all until delivery.
I'm just curious if anyone else is expierencing the same thing. Moreso about the red blood, that's the scariest part to me.
