help so confused !

So I woke up today and it hurt to pee being that I'm 8 weeks pregnant I went to urgent care where they didn't find a uti but did find sugar in my urine. They are going to hold my urine until Monday to watch for any bacteria or signs of a uti overtime.Took my finger stick and it was normal 130 I got home almost passed out my sugar was below 70 my prescription for the antibiotic just in case it's a start of a uti was ready after the pharmacy closed I kept calling them then they text me after they close to get it tomorrow I have not been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. If I do have a uti is it safe to not get any antibiotics until tomorrow when the pharmacy opens again? Any insight will be greatly appreciated
