Pain around my stomach??

So I'm over a week late but keep getting bfn on tests. I work three jobs but my main job is very chill and not much manual labor. Well I served at my other job last night and my muscles around my stomach and my pelvic area were hurting really bad after I got done. I kept getting like spasms in my stomach. It's getting better but do you think something is wrong? Idk if this is a dumb question, I just want to make sure if I'm pregnant I'm taking care of my baby. I apperciate any input.
