fell over 😞

I'm 32 weeks and slipped over! 🙁felt baby move straight after I fell, landed on my side and knee. But when j get up I noticed my pants had a little wet patch, don't know if it was pee or fluid and I'm worried. I went to the bathroom about 10 minutes beforehand. Any advice? Don't want to sit in the hospital for hours if not nessecary.
