Period cramps to early ?

I've been having random period cramps they don't last long for a week now. My period is due in 7 days. I never cramp this early. I been pretty moody also. I'm not spotting but am very bloated. Cervical mucus changes from white and stringy to clear with white and stretchy also to almost just light white. We BD a lot this month lol so can't give exact dates but deff a lot around fertile time. Not sure when I ovulated.. what could this be ? Thanks to anyone who will take the time to reply.
