Working out while TTC and the 2WW!
Do you ladies workout on the 2WW? If so, what type of workouts do you do? I have a plethora of at home work out DVDs but I am afraid to do anything to strenuous. Should I stick to something simple and slow like yoga or do you think a little bit of low impact cardio with light weightlifting would be okay? I generally workout 5 to 6 days a week so I wouldn't be shocking my body with exercise or anything.
