Hives/Itchy/Burning Hand?! HELP

Annie • 23 years old. Diagnosed with PCOS & hypothyroidism. Married for 5 years. Ellie Rose 💕👶🏼 & Millie Jean 💕🤰🏼
I woke up Friday morning because I had been itching my hand in my sleep. After I'm awake I find it extremely uncomfortable and uncontrollable. I go to the bathroom and my wrist is swollen and has these hives on it, my fingers are red and starting to burn, my entire palm is red and itchy and burning. WTH?!

I put Benadryl cream on it and everything was okay in a few hours. Though I had a few red marks on my wrist and hand as if I had been burned or something.

I thought it was a weird reaction to my laundry detergent with perfume in it. But I've used clothes and towels that have been washed in it for a month now. After the swelling and redness went down I saw a small little red dot as if I had been bitten on my wrist. So maybe I was stung?

I slept on my sheets and everything was totally fine. Woke up normal for two days. Then I'm laying on the couch and I start itching my hand and a welt appears.
