Losing my milk...

I have been combination feeding for a while now and I would pump when she had a bottle but today I feel very empty I haven't pumped as I feel as though I would take away all her milk from her next feed. I have had a bit of stress with her dad and will soon be moving and have had late night disturbance from road works. I'm not sure if this is what has affected me. Will I get my milk back if it get more rest should I be looking at giving her more bottles. Any help would be great thank you. :)
