9 Weeks PostPartum Sex

So we tried having sex around 5.5 weeks postpartum and that didn't work so we stopped. So here I am 9 weeks postpartum And we had sex yesterday. When we finished we got up and there was a blood pile on the sheets and I went to the bathroom and looked down there with a mirror to see that there was a tear and it hurts like a bitch. He also didn't pull out, but I am on birth control. I need some opinions ladies what should I do about the test and should I be okay since I'm on birth control?
