Upset stomach 😣

Hi guys, im 7 weeks and 4 days with my first baby. For at least a week now I've been experiencing bad diarrhoea during the night, totally constipated for the rest of the day, feeling very bloated then back to diarrhoea again. As well as morning sickness, i feel horrible. Was just wondering if any of you have experienced this. Is it normal, or do i need to see my doctor?
