Symptoms on & off 🤔

Hey ladies ! Tomorrow I'll be 8 weeks pregnant & I'll be having my first ultrasound. I've noticed that I have on & off symptoms. I'll get nauseous here & there without vomiting, my breast hurt certain days & other days they don't hurt as much, & I still haven't have frequent urination ? Is this normal ? Should I be worried about something ? About 1 or 2 weeks ago I did had some blood tests taken & my blood hormones were pretty high.
