🚫Foods I'd wished I had AVOIDED🚫
Hi! I'm currently 8W+5D. I just figured I'd share some advice I wish I had known... And that being, when you become pregnant, your digestive system significantly slows down! So certain foods may sit in your stomach for 8-12 hours! And like most, I suffer from morning (all day) sickness.
Some foods that were a million times worse the second time up were...
-McDonald's french fries. I was really upset when I figured this out. They're my fave! It took me about 3 times to realize they really don't break down!!
-Another would be red meats. The hubby made steaks for dinner. All the seasonings and the works!... It was the most painful experience coming back up.
-Another if you're feeling queasy, don't go down a big cup of milk. Milk curdles in your stomach. It's disgusting to revisit it😷
