help, chunk of my uterus?
So I've been on birth control for months,haven't had sex in over 2 months and I started spotting which turned to period and I took my tampon out and this came out. Looks like a chunk of my insides.. not even a clot. Can't be a miscarriage
I've had my period about 3 times since I last had sex
