gas pains?

I have terrible gas/possibly poo cramps. Is there something I can take? Would a laxative help? I'm miserable here. 13 weeks.

Oh girl I went through that for 6 horrible days. Finally it was so bad I went to rite aid and got a enema it was my best friend I felt so much better after that

This was awful in the beginning I remember that! I was afraid to go for laxatives and tended towards apple sauce and a little bit of prune juice. Also lying on my side helped relieve pressure. Stretching my mid section in general have some comfort
