Pothead Neighbors lol

A few months ago we had some early 20 year olds move in the apartment across from us. At first, I hated them because they would throw loud parties until like 7am but they've kind of slowed down on that. One thing my so & I find really amusing is that they are constantly coughing, because they are constantly smoking weed. We joke around like "oh no they must have a bad cold" or my so just says "chronic!". My cat loves it when the wind blows the smell in, which is mainly because I used to smoke and she became obsessed with it. It's so weird being on the other side, when I used to smoke daily, basically 24/7 (unless I was working)  I never thought about how anyone could hear me coughing. I don't have a problem with it, lol I don't know why it's so amusing to me.
