Feeling fat

Does anyone else feel fat not pregnant? I've been feeling it for a week or two now and I'm four months. Ive lost weight during this pregnancy and I'm not for sure why I feel this way. I feel like people aren't gonna know I'm pregnant they are just gonna think I'm fat. Just wondering if anyone else felt or feels like this or is it just me lol
