heart rate acting weird.....

so my heart rate is kinda high right now but not that highh... i feel like im having an anxiety attack because i have a history of anxiety issues but it doesnt seem like one because im just laying down..but is it normal to get a kinda fast heart rate at times??? Im thinking i have irregular heart beats.... but idk i feel weird , my chest doesnt hurt or anything, i just feel like my heart rate is kinda high Does anyone else feel stuff like this for no reason? i kinda always had a fast "kinda" heart rate every since i had anxiety when i was young. Cuz im a nervous person. so
