Possible trigger.

Okay so I need advice. About 2 years ago I believe I was pregnant. I'm not 100 percent sure since I never took a test. But I had a missed period. Well, while taking a shower one day I had a huge blood clot that fell out of me. It was bright red but also had a grey tint to it in the middle. I had a lot of cramping that followed. Well, I never went to the doctor to confirm if it was a miscarriage or not but when I figured it up, I would've been 5 weeks. Could it have been an actual miscarriage or what??
