Hemorrhoids after C-Section

So I have pretty bad hemorrhoids. If I have a bowel movement, it's like a swollen bunch of stuff protruding from my ass. I literally have to stay bent over for it to go back in. I have a Cesarean planned this week. I'm worried that after I finally get to poop when it's all done, it's gonna all come swelling out. I'm not sure since baby's got a lot of pressure and maybe after shes born it will relieve that and I won't worry about my butt swelling like that, but I don't know. I need some experienced mommies advice. I use creams and wipes and suppositories......am I freaking out over nothing or what?
