Brown splotches on the back of my neck!
I have these brown splotches on the back of my neck. I've tried scrubbing in the shower and applying lotion several times a day and it has faded but now it itches intensely! I've also had similar patches in between my breasts. Has anyone felt with these? Should I go see a dermatologist?
