Hypothyroidism and no period after stopping birth control

I had a withdrawal period after stopping my birth control in May and haven't had one since. I found out a couple months ago I have hashimoto's. I started taking levothyroxine and my TSH a week ago had fallen to 2.53. I still am symptomatic (extreme fatigue, constipation, cold intolerance, foggy brain, etc) so my doctor switched me to armour thyroid because my free T3 and free T4 are both on the very low side of "normal". Has anyone been switched to armour thyroid and finally started ovulating and having a period?? It's very discouraging that's it's been almost 6 months and nothing has happened.
