How to get your baby into position & drop:

KRG
I was recently reading an article about speeding labor along by being on your hands and knees and having someone take a blanket or a sheet and gently rock your baby bump rock and forth. It's an old tradition in Mexico and in parts of South America.
It also helps to get the baby into a lower, dropped position.
My hands just rocked my belly for maybe five minutes, I was simp sitting criss cross on the couch and a few minutes later, I could feel that my son had actually dropped.
His butt was the lowest down it's ever been. My ribcage doesn't hurt as much from all of the pressure and when I stood up, my husband and my mom were like, "you dropped some more!"
So I thought I would share. Good luck November mamas!
