Someone help me...

I am in so much pain.... I'm due in 3 days and I'm currently on the toilet at 2am with such awful diarrhea cramping but I'm also like constipated at the same time and I am in so much pain that I can barely type I'm shaking and my teeth are chattering and I'm getting dizzy. It feels like the poop is just stuck but the cramps keep coming and god I can't do this :( stomach is gurgling like crazy and can't feel baby move through all of this straining. hope this means labor is near but it's awful I can't take it I can't even put it into words the amount of pain I'm in. Worse than any contraction type pain I've ever felt.
