dont judge me this is a random question

I always wanted a special ed kid. I work with special ed students and autism kids. and they just lift my spirits up. I love them so much. I know if you have a special ed kid , your pregnancy doesnt go well and all that and it runs in the family but idk something about them, i just love so much. very harder to take care of but they just warm my heart and make me wanna cry everyday at work lol 💗the question is there isnt a way to have one right? it just comes naturally and in ur blood?by the way im 23 so yeah
