help idk what to do

I just had my little girl and I have a son that's 3 my husband wants me to get my tubes tied or do something else that make it permanent that I don't have anymore kids he says it's bc where we had three miscarriages b4 I had my daughter that he didn't wanna go Thur that again and I understand that I really do but in my heart I feel it's not right that someday we may want another one and can't how to I make him understand :/
